unfortunately system ui has stopped working?

I have a Samsung note 4. I have a swipe patteren lock on my phone but when I turn it on (from timeout not boot up) there's no pattern and you can just swipe the phone as if there was nothing. Now there is a lock symbol on the bottom of my screen and sometimes when I turn my phone on, its locked. But more then less there no lock on my phone. What do I do? I added 2 pics to show my lock screen.
