After I updated my phone around areas with a bad connection, I keep on getting this message "unfortunately, the process android.process.media has stopped" constantly over and over again. It doesn't stop for at least a second. Everytime I press ok it comes up again. I can't use my phone when it constantly freezes, but if I am fast enough I could click on an app before it freezes again with that message. However, the only one important app I can't use on my LG G3 is the setting. I could go on setting but can not click on anything at all. Alot of people have this problem but they can all access the setting. I can not even touch anything in the setting at all. I need help with this problem, how can I fix a software issue when I can not access the setting?
