Would you buy for lets say 3.99 or something, the Hub for your phone? assuming BB gave it full functionality.

I got my G4 and coming from a Passport, I love it except for that unified inbox, that thing was glorious. So I thought I would ask this community, would you pay, not steal, demand free. Pay. for such an expierence? I have some personal opinions on where BB is headed (without ranting, I will say the company will not fold), and Im curious if as a community you would pay for certain experiences you had on previous devices.

FWIW I think a low end qwerty droid from BB could do very well. I hope the new vienna is such a phone.

I would pay for the Hub. Only if it works well. What I would want is probably a BB10 launcher that has all the swipe and peak features, and of course the Hub.

Sony Xperia Z5 Compact

Just buy the Blackberry PRIV has all you want. BB Hub is awesome, i would pay for it. But it belongs with a blackberry phone. Really need the Blackberry File manager, blackberry alarm clock, blackberry calculator. I would pay for all these apps in addition to the Hub. We were spoiled with these apps from blackberry, nothing i can find in Google play Comes close.

Actually I am talking about getting the productivity tools, NOT the phone, for me it is just way too expensive, and this reminds me how good BB10 was.

Agree. I want the BlackBerry Experience SUITE they talked about months ago. I LOVE the S-pen, can't live without it. I use Hangouts too. Android has the Apps, BlackBerry 10 couldn't get developers on board. I still like BlackBerry, and would only come back if they make a killer flagship with a BlackBerry Pen. No Pen. No BlackBerry. I know I could just buy a Stylus pen, and I do have one, but it's better to have a pen ATTACHED to the phone. I can't lose it that way.

The hub is great, loved it when I had my passport, would defiantly pay if they made an android app for all phones

First off, OP, do you frequent CrackBerry? Though I am now on Android and do not foresee a departure from the platform anytime soon, I still *love* BB and frequent those forums.

Coming from BB10 (Q10) to Android, I'm with you: I loved the Hub. Y'know, on Android, sometimes I get a bunch of different notifications from different apps; and it gets to the point that I sometimes delete them from my lockscreen, etc.; and forget they even exist. So if I could swipe to a Hub, where all my notifications were central, I feel like I would miss less notifications that way. I took the Hub for granted, I think - I loved it but then I accepted the Android notification systems and made do somewhat - I would pay money to have a Hub on my G3. Having all your emails, texts, app notifications, in one place; all easy to access; all from the same place; is just phenomenal.

I feel like some people do not give BlackBerry the recognition it deserves. The Hub was a phenomenal innovation for the platform and BB10 in general; and the OS is quite good. I feel like some people put it down without thinking about its benefits... Like, sure, we all have our preferences; but come on, every platform has its good and bad points. I'm not a huge fan of iOS but I can respect it for its straightforward OS and for the media advantages it brings with it.

... Anyways, sorry. I ranted. But yes, I would pay money for a Hub app on my phone. Absolutely.

I agree with you, a hundred percent.

Me too really miss BB10, but the apps and the phone size (I got the Sony Z5 compact).

I would definitely pay for the Hub! One of the main things I miss from my Blackberry phone.

Blackberry hub is awesome. I have priv and I love it. I came from bb10 and I really liked the idea. The one on priv is not as good yet but it has huge potential. I think it is better to have one app handling all messaging. It is just more efficient that way. You should really check out priv. It is one really cool phone.

Just buy priv. I think blackberry should keep hub as exclusive. The reason why I pickup priv was the hub. I like it a lot. I know it is not as sophisticated as bb10 version but I am sure blackberry will improve on it. I just like to see everything in one place. Hub gives you good snapshot of day activity.
