I don't use Samsung Health very much. It is the biggest user of battery on my S3 Frontier, by far. How do I turn it off or scale it back so it doesn't suck my battery dry as bad? I can't find a way to uninstall it and if I Force Stop it, it just turns back on immediately.
Thanks.

Well, SH is one of the biggest aspects of the watch. You could just set it to watch-mode. Maybe another smartwatch that isn't so heavily invested in health would benefit you better?

I do use it some but the drain on the battery since the update became terrible. Reading another thread, seems I am not the only one to see that massive increase in battery drain.

I hate to hear you're having battery issues, but that does not mean the majority of users are having issues. Personally, I'm not having any issues at all and I'm getting well into two days between charges.

I've seen the posts you're referencing and I've also seen where a factory reset of the watch solved the issues. I notice you didn't mention resetting your watch, which is what I recommend if it doesn't correct itself.

Hi,

My s3 frontier is only a few days out of the box and I can see from the battery usage its a main part of % usage.

Ive turned Off aspects of Samsung Health that is not useful too me but I do like the steps feature.

What are you guys seeing in % usage on yours - I understand this is a subjective topic as we all use it in different ways.

For me a couple of days between charging is acceptable in relation to what this watch does throughout the day.

If people want to disable the app or uninstall it then it should be an option really.
