uninstalled and deleted apps are still Using background data

Under an installed or removed apps it says that it's still using my data what can I do to stop they removed apps from using my data

Welcome to Android Central! The "Uninstalled/Removed Apps" listing simply shows all of the cumulative data those recently deleted apps used while they were still on the phone. It doesn't mean they are continuing to use data.
