Welcome to Android Central! Are you talking about the Facebook app on a Chromebook that supports Android apps?

Facebook is like the Church of Scientology in that once you join it's almost impossible to escape. A few years ago a friend advised me to use Facebook to locate an old friend. I signed up, didn't find my old friend, and tried to leave. I did everything I could think of and would still have popups saying things like "We miss you."

It ended when I got a new computer. I've never even sat by anyone using Facebook. I'm not sure it can't make the jump.
