I've had my S7 since June and never really felt like I get good battery life. I'm familiar with turning off certain functions or disabling apps etc, and I'm on my 3rd Samsung Galaxy S line phone having went from a 3 to 5 and now the 7. I'm familiar with Samsung phones.

While sitting here with my 15% battery before bed, I look at my battery use to see if there's something killing the battery and the #1 app simply says 10214. I'm unable to find out exactly what this is or what it does. 1469947946047.jpg

Anyone have any knowledge on this? Google and forum search isn't showing anything as it relates to this specific issue/app.

try to find it in the app setings and remove it. if not install avast antivirus and do a scan. it should offer an "optimize battery" button or something that lets u uninstall unused apps that waste battery or it will find it as a virus. last resort is doing a factory reset... good luck :)

You don't need antivirus for that. Usually that icon and a number is assigned to an app that was uninstalled within the last charging cycle. Fully charging the phone and starting a new cycle should remove that from the battery usage panel.
