Unknown download

My Moto G 1st gen running andriod 5.1 is showing "B3bJVoNTCel Download Complete" Being suspicious I have not touched it. Phone works fine and 360 security is not complaining.

Anyone have a clue what it is?

Where do you see that, in the notification bar? If you go to the Download directory using a file manager app, do you see a file by that name there?

Yes there was a tick symbol in the notification bar. I have just had a look in the downloads directory and there is a file there of that name 5.17KB in size

What file format is it?

Well, using Solid Explorer, I can see the file listed with no file extension, and with a blank icon. Not sure if that's any help, so I connected it to my PC and I can see it there in Download. R click - Properties reveals the file type to be "File" Does that help??

Unfortunately, that doesn't help much.:-\ If you delete it, does it keep getting downloaded automatically?

Just deleted it, so will see what happens.
