Unknown new icon, looks like jabra

Today, I noticed a new icon in the task bar and cannot find its source. It looks like a Jabra headset for the right ear, with two )) signs on its right side. There are no bluetooth devices on this Rezound and Advanced Task Killer cannot find anything to kill.

Because I don't know how to send up a pic of the icon on my phone, I found an image of Jabra online and am attaching that ... since it's so similar to the icon. To confirm, I've never had a bluetooth headset on this phone.

HES, this phone is pretty new to me an.... is stock an app? If so, no, I've not downloaded anything of the sort. ICS leak? Not deliberately. FWIW, my software version is 2.01.605.11.

Looks like the hearing aid option may have been enabled on the phone. This is a feature, not an app.

To turn it off:
- Go to your home screen and tap the menu button.
- Tap settings, then go into the "Call" option. (3rd on the list after "Personalize" and "Wireless & networks")
- Uncheck "Hearing aids" -- 4th option down under the "Other call settings" heading.

Basically it's a volume boost for those using hearing aids. Chances are you don't need this enabled.
