Unknown vibration

Suddenly. My S5 has a slight vibration under various circumstances. I've checked all the settings I know and can't find the source. The phone, in the past 2.5 years, has never been on vibrate, Anyone have any ideas on solving the problem?

Run it in Safe Mode for a few hours. If it vibrates then, it will be a firmware app or setting. If not, you will have narrowed it down to a user app or setting.

Any chance it's related to NFC?
Can you disable NFC (Settings -> Wireless and Networks -> More -> NFC) and see if this persists?
Was your phone in contact with your any contactless cards when this happened?

None of those conditions exist. BTW, the vibration stopped. Go figure. Thanks.
