Unlimited Data on AT&T

If I have unlimited data with AT&T, is there anyway that I can connect tablet and the data or do I have to contact them first?

They don't allow tether with an unlimited data plan. You'd have to root and unofficially use it.

Something Verzion has over them, not worth switching though.

I can't turn on HotSpot period.
