My phone keeps combining my contacts without asking me... For example, I have a contact for my step mother and a contact for my father. They share the same physical address and home phone number but the rest is separate. For some reason, it keeps combining my father's contact into my step mothers contact to make a single contact.
I'm using simpler dialer but it was doing this before I installed simpler. I think the oe contacts app is doing it?
When I go to the oe contacts app and hit "managed linked contacts" I can unlink my father's contact from my step mom. Unlinking it will separate them back to two contacts for a bit. However, after a while it will automatically re-link them...
I've looked through the settings in contacts and dialer and I haven't found any way to turn this off. Any tips?
