unlocked att HTC one cannot connect to mobile network

I have an att HTC one which I unlocked and got it working with telcel here in Mexico but I cannot connect to my mobile network. Mobile data only says disconnected. I'm still running the stock Rom, rooted and running bulletproof kernel. I verified with telcel and everything is good on their end. Telcel and att use the same bands. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried re-activating it? Sometimes that will fix the problem. If activation fails, keep trying every 5 minutes. Sometimes you have to click on the button several times before it catches.

Its a switch and yeah i've done it plenty of times, but unfortunately nothing

You have to define APN and then select it for internet connection. You can learn how to from your mobile company. An example:
