Unlocked ATT V35 working with T-Mobile but cannot send and receive SMS

I got an ATT unlocked V35 working with my T-mobile SIM. Calling is okay and I manually set the APN up and get LTE connection.

But I cannot send or receive SMS.

I checked the SMSC number is "number removed by mod", 145

I also tried "number removed by mod"

But still cannot send or receive SMS....

I also tried update with PDU format of SMSC, but got update error...

Another problem is I can send MMS but not receive...I checked APN setting, it is same as T-Mobile instruction.

Anyone know how to solve those two problems?

Bring the phone to TMobile. They have about 3 different APNs, probably (I haven't traveled around, so I can't verify this) for different parts of the country. I know that the standard one didn't work on my phone, but one of the alternate ones did. Your local TMobile store will know what works where you are. (LTE has nothing to do with the APN - an internet connection through LTE does.)

SMS and MMS are both the APN, but sending MMS and not being able to receive MMS may be another problem. The store should be able to get you working.
