Unlocked Colors?

Can anyone tell me if the unlocked versions offered in the US come in other colors, other than Silver/Titanium color?

I'm considering picking up an unlocked one from Best Buy, but I can only find them in silver/Titanium. I'd like to have it in black if I can find it.

Damn... well that kind of sucks. I don't like the Silver/Titanium at all... too shiny and flashy for me.

The Batman Injustice edition is also black and unlocked. Need deep pockets to get one though. You could get a DBrand skin for the front and back.

I was able to find through best buy's website, that I can order a Black Onyx S7Edge unlocked. Which I did. I was trying to get it sent to my local best buy, for an exchange, but they couldn't do that for some reason. I had to order and ship it to my house. There does seem to be Titanium Silver, Gold, and Black Onyx available for unlocked devices though.

I did see the Olympic edition, but I don't like the little color accents, and branding on it. I didn't know there was a Batman Edition, but I probably wouldn't go for that anyway.

The only black onyx S7 edge Best Buy sells is the international version exynos. Model is 935F. US unlocked version 935U was made in silver only. Confirmed with Samsung, excluding those strange special edition versions

I was not aware that the color variations of the unlocked versions were ID/Model based. Are there any significant differences that may affect usage that I should be aware of?

Not between color, but between models, yes. 935F is Exynos made for europe and asia. They will still work here in the US, but some of the features such as Samsung Pay, VoLTE, Wifi Calling will not. Exynos will also be incompatible with Sprint and Verizon. 935U is the most compatible phone in terms of feature, radio freq. Carrier version will be all crippled, and even after they unlock the phone, you will have missing band when you travel or use non-carrier sim. Go for the US. I hated silver when I first saw it, but now like it more than the onyx. :-)

Thank you for the info! The reason I am trying to stick with the S7 Edge is because a lot of the features that you are mentioning being unavailable, especially on the unlocked Black Onyx model. I really would rather have a Black Onyx model, I just hate the way devices with so many front scanners look in other colors because it makes the front look like swiss cheese. The Titanium Silver is literally to shiny for me, especially in the day time.

And now that I was uninformed at the time, the Best Buy store I originally purchased from no longer has any unlocked devices showing as available. I have to order yet another one and wait for it to arrive before I can make my exchange.

They do have Black Onyx available on my carrier, but right now Best Buy has unlocked devices on sale, so I'm trying to get one for the lesser price. I really didn't think choosing/wanting a different color would cause such issues! Again. So frustrating!
