Haven't tested it out , just now was first I put my sim card to help you...I dont use my phones until I have a case on it ..as I can wait I have other phones . But will be testing over the weekend is when I get the case .

Well we got the VM figured out...they are telling me VoLTE and HD Voice will not work with my SIM cause it is from my iPhone X and I need a Samsung compatible...hmmmm. Guess I need to activate the new SIM I received, I do not think that is the case, but ok.

Now she is saying my IMEI is coming back as a Samsung D2, ugh.

I downloaded the visual voicemail app from the play store for my unlocked Note 10 that I use through Straight Talk. Didn't have to configure it as it just worked right away.

Being on Verizon I had no clue what VoLTE means and still don't I took that LTE is the same as 4G

You had the option to select a SIM card during the check out process.

VoLTE is voice over LTE.

It's just a free sim card they will ship if you choose activation option while checking out. No big deal since you can use your existing sim, you can choose the activation option during check out of the unlocked model if you really want the new sim. It's free of cost and also there isn't any activation chargers from the carrier for the unlocked model on either option since it's not an upgrade.

The voicemail app is not working for me on my unlocked note 10+ just keeps saying checking account. Any ideas?
