Unlocked models doesn't have "Network Mode" menu?

Can anyone confirm for me whether or not unlocked models does not have the "Network Mode" menu in "Connections > Mobile networks"?

I've had 2 different S9 units that doesn't have it.

Could it be caused by the SIM card and or the Provider?

My US unlocked S9+ has it. It may be that your provider is removing it when you insert the sim. I am using mine on T-Mobile.

Unlocked S9 Exynos dual sim. I have it.

Well I visited the AT&T store to figure out the problem and they said it is nothing on their end.

Did you guys purchase your unlocked phones directly through Samsung or a retailer?
