I posted it in reply 7 of this thread, I got mine through telesales as you know. Haven't you spoken to telesales already about this? I'm not sure why they won't waive the shipping fee for you, they didnt even bring it up to me.do you happen to have an item number so I can order online?
Now I actually just received the one the telesales rep ordered for me as talked about earlier in the thread. I'm attaching a pic with the order info from the packing invoice if you need. After opening it and looking at the smaller number on the actual sim, it is identical to the model # on my note 10+. Sprint is clueless.do you happen to have an item number so I can order online?

The only link for a sim on sprints site I can find is this one, which has a different item number than the one the rep sold me for the Note 20 Ultra. It also charges $10 shipping.

When I try the one online it tries to charge $10 shipping, it's also different than the one I was actually sent.I did talk to telesales and they wanted to charge me $10 for shipping but told me shipping was free if I ordered online. Sigh

I got the note 10 plus on sprint and they advised me that since the sim card for my phone and the note 20 ultra are identical all i have to do is swap the sim from my note 10 plus to the note 20 and everything will work. I also bought the unlocked version of the note 20 ultra from Samsung
Your most likely correctKinda sounds like Sprint is trying to make a little money on either their upgrade fee or selling your a new Sim. I've never had to buy a new Sim when getting a new phone (even unlocked) I just put my old Sim in the new phone and voila it works.
