ok so i just reset both of my watches. the rate at which they set up was way faster then i ever remember it being. even the restore process was faster.

Did they change the Samsung keyboard to full black again after beta 2. All my keys are black again, beta one showed them grey with a black background.

Dec security update for Note 9 on Oreo is out. I can update it because I rolled back to Oreo and it will want to update to Beta if I check for updates.

Should I unregister for the Beta program or stay on it? Also the Beta did they fix the Gear problem with the watch?

I took another look at the bug fix notice , did find anything for gear watch issue

mine look like that as well and I prefer this look to the other one. Glad they changed it

I figured it out. I turned off night mode then changed Samsung keyboard preferences, choices are dark and light. Then turned back on night mode and the keyboard is no longer black again. Also couldn't get it to go black either. So all good. Must have been a glitch

im still puzzled by your watch issue. i installed the unlocked beta on my verizon model. and both of my watches worked fine. ( gear s3 and Galaxy watch ) and they switch like they should between the 2 also. i think maybe you should give it another try. i am currently updating to the new beta. i will let you know how they work with it.

They tweaked the camera a little now u have to hit the button to the right to activate screen optimizer.

I didn't even have the x. I had to swipe up on all recent apps.

I don't know if anyone else with Beta 2 has this but I noticed that I can't double tap power to open camera when the screen is off. I have to first log in.

That's weird are you restoring apps? I'd try a factory wipe and just restore contacts calls and messages. When setting up a new os that's how I do it

I downloaded pie again and this version is working a lot better! I can update Gear and connect my watch and all! I wish it would let me pick more themes and wallpapers though.
