Unlocked padlock during startup on Galaxy J7 Prime

Please, I want to ask if it is normal for my new galaxy J7 prime to display an unlocked padlock when loading android 7.0 OS.

It did display this with the previous OS at the vendor's shop, but when I upgraded the OS after unboxing when I got home, I saw the weird padlock rolling as the phone starts up.

That means that the firmware isn't stock. I'd bring it back and, if the vendor can't reflash the update properly, they should replace the phone. (Technically, it's not under warranty if you see the padlock.)
