Unlocked Version on AT&T

I received my unlocked watch from Best Buy a couple days ago and have had trouble keeping NumberSync connected and turned on. It will work for a couple hours then turns itself off. I've tried talking to AT&T Customer Support with no luck. Anyone had success using AT&T and NumberSync on the Active 2?

I'm having trouble with NumberSync staying connected as well.
 
All versions of the watch are unlocked. I bought mine from verizon and it is unlocked. It must be an ATT issue.

cant even get my LTE version to work. The e-sim does not provision. beyond frustrated.
 
So we exchanged the watch at Best Buy for a new one and voila! Activation! The wife is soooo happy now.
