Unlocking Bootloader

So I was going through qbking's videos to root my sprint galaxy nexus. While unlocking my bootloader, I got the waiting for device error so I downloaded the driver successfully. However, my phone still isn't being recognized by my computer. First of all, does anyone have any idea of something I can do to fix this? Also, can I still reboot my phone without completing this process? If so, how would I do so without bricking my phone? Thanks.
