Unlocking my Galaxy S6 screen became terrible!!

Recently I encountered a problem with my Galaxy S6, when screen auto locked out, I try to unlock it I find the keyboard popped up and blocking the way to unlock the screen either by swipe or entering a password, I have to restart the the phone to able to unlock the screen, its really very annoying :( anyone has idea to solve this???

I cleaned the cache, I watch it for the coming hours, I hope it will eliminate the issue
 
did not solve the problem, still facing it :(
Another issue I am facing more than a year but its not annoying is a status of google support, I do not what is causing it, and how I can remove it!!

Can you show us a screenshot of how the keyboard is blocking the unlock method?

That Google Support thing looks like it's trying to download something. Try going to Settings>Apps, tap Menu>Show System, and select Download Manager. Clear its app cache/data, and see if the problem persists.
 
I followed the steps, but I found cache is 0 B!! I will try to capture screenshot, when it happen again.
 
See below screenshot of keyboard blocking my screen,, I can not swipe nor enter password, I have to re-start my phone every time it happens :(
