What's the latest? Can I unlock my Verizon NotePro for use on T-Mobile?

Have you tried putting in a T-Mobile sim card? Aren't all Verizon devices GSM unlocked?

Would also like to know if it can be unlocked. Tried using a sim from Ptel Mobile and I can't get it to work.

Nope, no news! Same as with Vinnces above, simply putting in the T-Mobile SIM card does not work. Also tried three repair stores, so far, none of which yielded any way to unlock this NotePro.

Other then slow international speeds the device is fully unlocked to any carrier. 3 repair stores and not one of them simply changed the apn settings to tmobile?

1. Insert sim of carrier.
2. change apn to that carrier (i just added to the list so i can switch between more than one)
3. use internet and enjoy

Just a question... how can I make call? I don't see the icon to open the dyaler......

The only way I was able to upgrade to Lollipop was through my Surface Windows 10 PC. To do so you must download the Samsung connect software for Windows, and the drivers so your PC recognizes and communicates with the Verizon Note 12.2. Once set up, use the Windows interface to check for available tablet upgrades, and Lollipop 5.1 is instantly found. Once you've clicked to accept the upgrade your PC does all the work of upgrading for you. Also, If you have Outlook installed on your note tablet, the software can also transfer and set up Outlook with all the email accounts you use on your computer, and the Windows program allows you to backup your tablets apps and files in case you ever need to do a complete system restore.
