I have been experiencing troubles with my S7 edge since the past two days. I was using the phone as usual when it unexpectedly stopped responding and rebooted like thrice, presumably trying to boot to the normal state again. After the third try it turned on and I thought things were solved. After a few minutes it became unresponsive again and all I could see was an entire black screen with the led indicator working, so, I assume it was on but after a couple hours it just shut down by itself. I connected the charger but the phone was cold, so, it means it wasn’t charging at all, I left it in that state overnight and nothing happened. Today, I tried to charge it again and it just showed like a blurry (as if the pixels were stuck or burnt) software update screen and it remained like that for a few minutes until it just shut down again. I must recall that is not possible to reboot it using the buttons, nor even enter into recovery mode and it is also not recognised by my computer even if it is charging or booting.
Is not rooted and I previously installed an update like two or three weeks ago and it was working normally, plus, didn’t install any app since that day.
What could be wrong with this phone?
