UNREVOKED 3.21 Question

I'm considering rooting my Dinc with UNrevoked3 and have a question I can not find the answer to.

Since Unrevoked 3.21 unlocks the NAND flash permanently, I'm assuming I would not need to install Unrevoked Forever after running Unrevoked3.

Am I correct on this??
