I'm rooted with unrevoked forever. I was wondering if I do the latest ota would I lose my root access.

You would still lose root access but it can be obtained pretty easy sense you have unrevoked forever. I would save yourself the trouble and flash a rom like this one http://forum.androidcentral.com/htc-evo-4g-roms-hacks/49106-rom-rebirth-ac-rom-ashes.html
It has everything you would get from the new OTA and its basically stock with just a few tweaks.

I learned from everyone here that if you're rooted then you should do any of the OTA updates, always wait for someone to make a rooted version so you don't lose root.
