Unroot Help?

So I have a non stock kernel and rooted. I tried to unroot through super one click, because I rooted through that, but it freezes on step 5 or 6 when I try.

How do I go back to stock kernel so I can get OTA/Kies updates? Do I do a data swipe, then install stock kernel through Odin?

Also, where can I get the stock Kernel for our phones? Thanks

go to xda like the guy said and flash the stock unrooted rom with odin
