Unroot with SU gives back OTA functionallity?

Hello,

I am running a rooted Moto G XT1032 on L 5.0.2. I want to unroot it so I can get back future OTA updated to L 5.2.

If I use the unroot option of SuperUser. Will that restore the OTA function?

On my LG G3 unrooting with SU brought me straight back to stock. And I regret pressing that button.
