It's good that your friend helped you out, but that makes it super difficult for people here on AC to help you out.

If you are willing to have all of your downloaded apps deleted and be sure that you are completely stock, download: PC36IMG_SuperSonic_S_Sprint_WWE_3.70.651.1_Radio_2.15.00.11.19_NV_1.90_release_161482_signed.zip

Verify the MD5 of the download, rename the file to PC36IMG.zip and copy it to the root of your SD card. Then, reboot to HBoot by powering off the phone, and then press and hold Power + Vol Down until you get to the screen with the 3 androids skateboarding.

The phone will automatically run through a check of the PC36IMG.zip and ask you if you want to "update" the phone. Answer "yes" to this and the phone will install the stock software.

After all of this, your phone will need to be re-set up with all of your accounts, apps, and widgets.

your phone will have the superuser permission as long as you have a bootloaded.

get rid of the bootloader and you will no longer have root.

you can download the RUU 3.7 software onto your pc. no need to install to sdcard. the pc will completely restore your phone to stock.
