unrooting viper rom

Hi there!
Recently got the m8 factory unlocked from at&t (of course some stuff doesnt work- hotspots etc).
Small question - if I change my Rom to Viper, is it possible to unroot the device and still be with the viper installed?

In my work we can't sync with emails if our device is rooted/jailbroken..

There should be a option in the superuser app to completely unroot
