Unwanted picture

I have a rather nasty picture that only comes up in my texting gallery, not my regular gallery. How do I delete it. It has a drive triangle in the bottom corner. And it only comes up when I text someone to pick a picture to send. HELP!!!

The Drive icon, I will assume is the Google Drive icon? If this is the case, it's most likely an image on your google drive space, and not in the gallery on your phone.
