Unwanted voice prompts in Gallery

Not sure when or how, but at some point, what I suspect to be an accessibility feature activated itself on my phone. Now, when I'm going through my Gallery to delete or upload pictures, every time I check the box I get an audible prompt "The checkbox is checked." Similarly when I load the stock browser (which is rare), it tells me "Loading" and then "the app is loaded" or something like that.

How to turn those off??? I've looked and can't find it - obviously looking in the wrong places, I guess....

Did you look in Settings -> Accessibility?

Not Gallery settings, but general OS settings.

Yeah, that was the first place I looked. Didn't see anything there that looked relevant.
