If you really want a black bar for BB ROM, I have found this to work by borrowing services.jar from Takenover83's Harmonia theme.

1) Extract the framework and build a new black bar UOT framework using UOT kitchen.
2) On the phone, install the app 'Quick Boot'
3) Download and install one of black bar Harmonia theme. This will change over services.jar to show white clock.
4) At this point, power button reset will not work with Harmonia theme installed over a BB ROM. So use Quick Boot to get into recovery.
5) Install your custom UOT framework.
6) Restart and everything should work.

All the normal modification warnings apply.
