Update/added CM Locker?

One morning I woke up to turn off my alarm on my phone and woke up to this screen. It looks like CM Locker, but I dont have that app on my phone.
I have a galaxy S6 Edge.
I took it in to a store, and they couldnt figure it out either.
I never downloaded it. There is no way to turn it off that I can find. I hate this swipe screen. I want it gone.
How do I remove it?

May be it is 360 boost charge or it comes from personalized keyboard app i.e flash keyboard etc. Etc
I can see a menu with three dots in your pic in upper right hand side ,go through there ,may be you can turn it off

Holly cow ... You got it too .. (If you read it carefully ... it some kind of speed charge app ..?)

Here is what you can do :

Click on the 3 dots , top right ..
You should see menu .... TURN IT OFF ... DONE .

You would think that using the three dots would be the easiest. I (and about 4 others) already did that. It doesnt change anything. It does say "turn off" ... but it doesnt "turn off" anything. Ive looked through my keyboards. It just seems odd that overnight this new screen appears out of nowhere.

I dunno what you do .... but mine is completely GONE ...

Tell you the truth , I don't know how to get it back ... so I can get the screen shots to show you ..!!

Can you click on the 3 dots and get screen shot , so I can see it ...?

Ok. I'll bite....Going to install CM Locker on my Note 5 (this should scream volumes as I detest CM), and see what happens.

Edit: Not too thrilled about the permissions in this app. Some I understand why they are there, some I think have no reason to be.
The forced 'scanning' of my device before the app can be used isn't cool.
The insinuation that my core lockscreen (set by a PIN) is not good enough with the counter suggestion of installing CM doesn't sit well with me.

Edit 2: So far, no lock screen ads.
