Is there ANY recourse to getting a bricked phone replaced by Verizon? It worked perfectly, did the automatic update, and it's bricked. Tried soft reboot, tried running out battery and hard reboot, TOTALLY dead black screen.
We didn't damage it, only had it a year. Do I really need to buy a new phone when their update broke it?
