Under mobile network settings, click on "Network Mode" and click on "CDMA only" to turn off the 4g radio.

Since you mentioned SprintZone, I just fired it up for the first time in a while. It looks very different from the last time I used it.

I went into SprintZone > Help > My Device > Wireless & Networks , where it says that my 4G is ON | Not Connected.

.

Something weird is deffinately going on, mine said the same thing, like you im hundreds of miles away from 4g and mine was off this morning when I got notice for the prl update. Any body else notice this?

But they did get some good pics of JD stuffing his face and trying to pick up a transvestite hooker. They were great pics because they used Eric the Midget's EVO (which he got from John Stamos courtesy of the ETM Amazon wishlist) and the Photosphere option, thanks to the fresh JB update.

On a serious note, I dare someone to call into the next AC podcast and declare that the JB delay for the EVO is because somebody at Sprint got a whiff of Howard Stern balls. I would do it, but I'll be updating my phone and I can't make calls during the update process.

Noticed my network was on CDMA - eHRPD. I believe that's a handoff to LTE before it comes. Wouldn't it be great if they rolled out the JellyBean update and switched on LTE the same day.

its sprint, why they do what they do is beyond us. you would think posting an update would be easy. CM has no problems doing nightlies but, sprint can't do one in months...
