Update messed up Samsung Galaxy s7

I got an auto upgrade yesterday at 6:32 to version G930vvru4ap13. Ever since then I get a messages while typing that says "unfortunately message has stopped working". I use messager+ and had disabled messager a while back. Also now if I click on Samsung+ it opens up screen with emblem and the circle goes around and around and screen shivers and finally screen goes black and phone restarts. Thanks

If the update was from the carrier, bring it to the carrier and ask if they can reflash the update (only the update, not the whole ROM).

If the update was from Samsung, contact them. (If you're in the US, try a Best Buy - the Samsung rep in the cellphone area. If you're in the UK, Cellphone Warehouse - the Samsung rep. (Light blue polo shirt with the Samsung emblem on it for both stores.)

Try reenabling messaging app. Just don't use it.
