Update Rom on Hannspree (HSG1164)?

Hey guys,

I have the Hannspree (HSG1164)...now i bought this second hand,however it does not have the original rom installed.

Heres the rom it has now-

Android Version 3.0.1
Kernel Version 2.6.32.46-cyanogenmod
Build Number - 10.1

I want to know if there's a way to update the rom on this tablet,to a better one that's currently on it,because Play Store wont load..all i get is (Loading),Also when i rotate the device vertical the screen does not rotate like it should...i don't think its current rom is suitable,or maybe an early release that was bugged,Not sure.
