Update server down?

I just got this phone and tried to do a update and it hangs for a couple minutes then says the update server has a problem. Anybody else have this happen?

Figured it out. Had to put a Sim in to get them. Wouldn't just do it over WiFi and no Sim.

I have had my V30s since the end of May, and I can't seem to trigger an update when I check for an update. Has anyone else got any updates security wise on their V30s?

only update is may 1 on mine and that's because it's on 8.0 oreo and not 8.1 oreo.

thing is I have the int version and behold it doesn't have the qlens or voice or bright camera features. That's surprising as I thought that veraion would have all.

waiting to see if LG will go 8.1 or straight android 9 on these lg v30s phones.

I have the June security update. Not sure if that is the latest or not.

Edit- I have the regular V30. I'm in the wrong thread.

I'm on 8.0.0 and the March 1 security patch. Hasn't updated since I got in May.
