Hi everyone!
Quick question, I just updated my HTC one last night to android version: 4.4.2. Ever since I updated it my messaging isn't working, and every time I get a text message a notification pops up and says "Unfortunately, messaging has stopped" and closes out my messages. When it decides not to do that I open my messages and it says "No messages" for a couple seconds then it loads them all. It doesn't give my notifications or the phone wont vibrate or ring when I get texts either so I just have to check my messages whenever I feel like I got one in order to see it. I tried resetting my phone, I turned it off for a couple mins then turned it on, I deleted some messages, I looked to see if I could update my phone again but I cant.... I dont know what to do! Can anyone help me?
P.S. - as some of you HTC user's know, you cant take the battery out of this phone so that's not an option ):
