Updated ROM version, problem with battery now

I updated to Pete's latest version and for the past couple days Android OS has been at or above 20%. Battery hasn't been too significantly bad when it's asleep but I've noticed when I'm using the phone for anything, I lose almost 10% battery life in about 10 minutes. It's ridiculous. Do I need to just reflash the ROM?
