Updated to Oreo and now Screen Off Memo doesn't work

So I updated to Oreo this afternoon and now my Screen Off Memo function won't work with my Spen. I went and checked that all of the settings were correct still of course, and they were. I am at work so I am using my "Work" user profile VS my "Personal" which is the actual admin account. At first neither were working but after going to the admin personal account and flipping the Screen off memo function on & off a few different times it started to work just on my personal user profile. Problem is, I only take notes and use this function on my Work profile. So now the Screen off memo function works perfectly fine on the Personal profile, but not at all on the Work one. I cleared the cache for the samsung notes app, but that didn't help.

Any thoughts?
