Updating a Rom?

I am currently using MikG - Re-Engineered GB Sense 2.1 + 3.0, and i want to update it to the newest version of the rom. How do I properly do such?

You need to do a full wipe, and install new. Mik always recommends full wipe.

And as always, do a Nandroid!!!!
