Updating Cm7 question

Just had a perplexing question, currently I am running 7.0. 0 stable release and want to update it to 7.0.2.1 but I really don't wanna wipe everything. I am tired of wiping everything and restoring all my settings and features and the whole nine yards. Can I just install the updated rom without wiping everything or will that mess things up? Just want to make my life easier if at all possible. Also, can anyone just give me a list of issues that have been reported with 7.0.2.1 they seem to be scattered everywhere.... thanks a million in advance

If you are running the stable release, you should be able to just flash the 7.0.2.1 without having to wipe everything. It will be just like an OTA update of the stock ROM.

That being said, I would make a nandroid backup of your current setup in case something does go buggy.
