Upgrade 4.1 Jelly been

Hello everyone
Just got ASUS MeMO Pad ME172V-A1-GR as a gift.
Was wondering how do upgrade the OS.
I checked it tells me a have the latest OS 4.1 Jelly bean.
Is there anyway to upgrade the OS to a newer version?
I called Asus and they told me they are testing upgrade OS, I know this is BS.

I just checked on CyanogenMod's website, and they don't list your device as supported, so there is no custom ROM from them. This also means there probably is no custom ROM from any other major developers as they usually base their work off of CM.

I also checked XDA, and couldn't find anything for ROMs there either. I am afraid the device is stuck where it is at.

This is the last time I will by any asus products.
I will send a email to Asus support and tell them how good there product is and mention to people don't buy Asus.
