JediGoddess dont give up call account services and only account services. Let them know that you would like to buy-up your remaining contract. The rep should explain to you how much you will have to pay and ask how you would like to pay it. They charged it to my account $85 and I wasn't eligible until Jan 1 2013. They will explain that this can not be reversed and that you will be billed for the buy-up and in 4-6 hours you will be eligible for a full upgrade. I just did it Tuesday so give it a shot and let us know how things go.
