Upgrade from EVO to what ?

We don't know when WiMax will shut down although it makes sense that it's going to be after LTE is up and most of the WiMax phones are out of circulation. Sprint is predicting first LTE networks will be up in 2012 and full implementation by end of 2013....

Is this Evo HD, something in the near future, or is it a distant thing? I'd like to upgrade my Evo 4G too, but for whatever reason I'm not feeling the Evo 3D that much. Im used to HTC phones and don't want to get something else as much as possible. I was thinking the Evo 3D is the premier phone on Sprint now, and no new HTC phones would be coming for at least a yr or so, maybe some alternate phone (i.e Evo Shift) but not a clearly upgraded phone. If thats not the case that'd be great news..otherwise its that samsung phone with a paragraph long name..Galaxy S epic 4g...blah blah..lol

Still in love with EVO 4G but will probably go to the Samsung "Note" when it becomes available and if it is on the Sprint network, of course LTE is a must.
