Upgrade from Samsung Galaxy S5 to S6 or S7 ?

My husband and I currently have the Samsung Galaxy S5 (through Verizon) and will need to upgrade sooner than later due to phone issues. Can anyone offer some suggestions on if we should upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy S6 or S7 ? Best Buy is currently offering a deal on the S6 for $1.00 with a 2 year Contract, so that certainly has peaked my interest since the S7 is expensive. Thank you !

Hi, the S6 is a great phone, but the S7 is an improvement over the S6 in more or less every way. Better battery, better build quality, better camera (subjective) water resistant, SD card..... go with the S7

Also the S6 is already a year old, so you don't want to sign into a new 2 year deal with a phone that's already a year and a bit older.
