AC Question

I just bought Nexus 7 (2013) and it appears it comes with Jelly Bean 4.3. Will it automatically upgrade to the latest Android version (Lollipop?) Can I turn off automatic OTA upgrades? Lastly, with all the apparent problems with Lollipop, should I upgrade to it?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Welcome to Android Central! The 2013 Nexus 7 should be able to update all the way to Marshmallow 6.0.1, which works very smoothly on the two units I have. So yes, I would recommend fully updating it, and yes, it should update automatically--go to Settings>About Tablet>System Updates and check there. You can't turn off the update notifications unless you root the device.
